*MT ASCP generalist able to work in all areas of the laboratory. Supplemental position is responsible for performing various laboratory tests/procedures as assigned. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development as it relates to the different life cycles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. MT ASCP Registry or equivalent [i.e. CLS NCA ] or eligible for registry and pass within 1 year of employment OR Qualify alternatively as general supervisor per Federal Register, CFR 493.1461-1462.
2. At least 1 year experience preferred.
3. Excellent teammember with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating both Behaviors and Operating Principles in all internal and external customer interactions. Performs duties with accountability, competency, innovation, collaboration, compassion and respect to create the best possible outcomes with exceptional customer experiences
