Performs a variety of direct patient care, works collaboratively with the health care team, is customer focused, and strives to meet unit and hospital goals. Provides quality nursing care according to established practice standards and guidelines for the areas assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:
Licensed in the State of Georgia as an RN. Previous hospital experience preferred in area specialty
REQUIRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Licensed in the State of Georgia as an RN Advanced certification field of specialty/expertise preferred. BLS certification required. ACLS certification within 3 months of hire and PALS certification required in within 6 months of employment.
OTHER REQUIRED SPECIAL SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
Demonstrates theoretical and clinical expertise and the application of knowledge thereof, in the assigned specialty. Good interpersonal communication skills and customer service skills.
