The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for supervision of all Nursing and Unit-based personnel on the designated shift in order to provide a safe environment for optimum patient care. Assists in implementing policies and procedures to achieve desired goals and objectives. Facilitates in the development of budgets, continued quality improvement and Councilor Management Programs.
Our 30 Bed Antepartum Unit is technologically advanced yet family centered with a highly trained clinical team. The ideal candidate will posses an upbeat attitude, be very motivated to provide and maintain the highest level of patient care and be focused on customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Current Texas RN license.
Master's preferred.
2 to 3 years experience is required.
CPR/BLS is required.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
